I play flute. I love it. Now that I think of it, I need to practice.... *runs and gets flute*

I used to play piano. but all my teachers quit, so.... yeah I play the clarinet now.

i hate it sooo much! my teacher is really mean and i have to take a test to past lvl's each year! i mean what's the point? you can just buy a lvl 10 book and play the songs perfectly and it if so, you're in that lvl! But for me i have to take a test with these criticizing teachers...i just took the test today...

i have a ealy nice teacher and also have to take a test each year too, but the judges are nice.... i guess the liking of it depends on how the peepz treat you...

The piano was the first instrament I ever played.
And I hated it like crazy.

But, you know how they keep telling you "One day, you'll be glad you learned to play"? Hate to tell you, but....they're right.
I learned when I was, like, 7, for about a year and a half. And I was ok at it. But I hated it, and my school was having Band tryouts where they let the students try out the instruments, and I fell in love with the Trumpet. So my parentals let me switch.
I played the Trumpet for, like, 3 years, then got fed up with it and traded it for the Acoustic Guitar. I sort of regret turning in the brass, but I love my Guitar. I'm not that good, and can play only a coupla songs.


ANYWAYS, I still remember a little of the piano, and use those feeble skills to help out my sister with sheet music, cause even though she's the rocking voice in the house, and took violin for a while and takes the flute, she can't read music for squat when it comes to singing. So, I help her out on the piano. and I pluck out songs I hear on the radio. It's fun, and I'm actually really glad I learned when I did. It helps, a lot. And I wish I still remembered more.

Keep up the work. You'll be glad about having the skill, someday, sometime.

Did you do that? Piano isn't that bad. Jeez! People play instruments cuz they want to, not are forced to. If you don't like it just tell your parents you wanna quit.

My first teacher quit her job because with the sens, it was to much.

Nah, not bad teachers. Just teacher's who's lives kinda got in the way of their job.

And Brighty, beleive me when I say, if your parental really wants you to learn to play an instrument, they don't care if you want to or not, or if you like it or not. They want you to learn. And so you'll learn.

If the instrument you're playing gets boring because your songs are boring, ask your teacher to teach you to play songs you know. There are TONS of contemporary songs out there with major Piano, Trumpet, Violin, and other intrument parts you'd never think of!

OMG!! Lucky!! I didn't put that just to tell you... I keep on telling my parents I want to quit...but NO!!! They say it's good for you and you won't regret it later on...

Ok i used to play piano and i hated it soooooo bad. My mom said i had to play the piano for three whole years befor i could play any other instrument. My teacher bored me to death and when i asked to play somthing a bit more fun she just wouldnt listen she kept saying " if you don't like the song choices then get a new teacher" i would of loved to but my mom said i had to stick with her. I'm going to start guitar soon though.

OMG that's a really mean teacher. She lets me pick some songs for guild. But she has to have the music and it has to be my level.

i was on lvl 5 and she told me that the song i was playing was lvl5...but when it was almost time to test...she then told me the song was lvl 6!!! i was sooo mad but then i asked her if i can skip lvl 6 and just go to lvl7 if i pass lvl5 and she said yes! i was soo: . later though..she said i can't and have to pass her test to get to lvl 7! i don't like my teacher at all! she sometimes just shove me lightly on the seat to sit on it! she doesn't even says excuse me!
